Today mobile telephones almost become an indispensable part of our lives. Mobile telephones bring a lot of convenience to us. Mobile wireless communications develop very quickly. Just after several decades, the number of its subscribers exceeds that of fixed telephones up to several billions and it is still increasing steeply. The service objects have changed from voice to data and voice mixed streams and then to multi media. The capacity of the mobile system becomes increasingly larger and the data rate becomes faster and faster. But with the improvement of service quality, the price is dropping.

Whether a mobile communication system is successful or not depends on whether it can provide various services with high speed, reliable quality, and low price and whether these services can be accepted by users.
